Architecture & Interior Design Portfolio Designer Needed

I’m looking for an experienced architectural designer, interior designer or portfolio designer to curate and design a professional architecture and interior design portfolio for job applications.
Most of the content is already prepared and available on my website. I now need someone with a strong eye for editorial layout, architectural presentation and visual storytelling to transform the work into a clean, sophisticated and visually engaging portfolio.
The portfolio should showcase a range of work including:
Residential architecture
Commercial developments
Public and urban spaces
Interior design
Selected concept and process work
Rather than arranging projects chronologically, I would like the portfolio organised around clear design themes, so that my design approach, strengths and range are immediately visible.
What I’m Looking For
The final portfolio should feel refined, contemporary and professional, with:
A strong and consistent grid system
Elegant typography and clear visual hierarchy
A restrained, sophisticated colour palette
A good balance of full-page / full-bleed imagery, drawings, diagrams and concise text
Clear emphasis on my individual role and contribution to each project
Selected process sketches, diagrams and design-development material where appropriate
A strong opening profile page
A logical visual flow tailored to architecture and interior design recruitment
Some projects may also require additional visual material to strengthen the presentation, such as conceptual sketches, hand-drawn or digital diagrams, plans, elevations, sections, renders or other architectural graphics. Where necessary, I would like the selected freelancer to be able to redraw, reproduce or enhance these elements so that the final portfolio is visually and conceptually strong.
The design should feel distinctive enough to stand out to employers, while remaining minimal and allowing the projects themselves to remain the main focus.
Deliverables
Press-ready high-resolution PDF, preferably A3 landscape unless another format is recommended
Editable source file in Adobe InDesign or equivalent professional layout software
Optimised web PDF under 15 MB for online job applications
Packaged / linked source files where applicable
Two rounds of revisions for layout, text and image adjustments
Required Experience
Please apply only if you have strong experience in:
Architecture, interior design or creative-industry portfolios
Architectural presentation and graphic communication
Editorial / publication design
Adobe InDesign or similar professional layout software
Architectural drawings, diagrams, sketches and/or visualisation
Preparing files for both print and digital presentation
Image optimisation without noticeable loss of quality
Creating professional portfolios specifically for recruitment or client presentation
It would be ideal if you can also advise on project selection, image hierarchy, page allocation and overall portfolio structure, rather than simply placing supplied content into a template.
When applying, please include examples of architecture, interior design or similar professional portfolios you have previously designed, particularly any work where you have created or enhanced architectural drawings, diagrams or presentation graphics.
