i will provide fully registered Autodesk ReCap (.rcp) point-cloud of existing buildings and I need it converted into clean 2D plans sections and elevations suitable to send onto architects for them to start their designs.

Core expectations
• Use the RCP file as the base reference and work in ReCap, AutoCAD,.
• Trace walls, structural openings, doors, windows, floor levels, ceilings and roof lines accurately—avoiding any “best-guess” shortcuts.
• Maintain consistent line weights, hatching and annotation so the drawings read clearly at 1:50 or 1:100 (metric) when printed.

Required deliverables
1. Floor plans for every floor captured in the scan including loft and roof
2. External elevations for all façades
3. At least two building sections that cut through the most informative axes

Please supply the final files in DWG (model + individual layouts) and matching PDF sheets ready for immediate review.

I’ll share the download link to the RCP on award along with a brief naming convention. If you have experience snapping to point clouds, using ReCap,, your workflow will fit perfectly. Let me know your expected turnaround and any clarifying questions you have before we start. I have attached some examples of our standard output
