Architectural Blackline Brochure Drawings

I have two commercial buildings that together total roughly 38,000 sq ft. over 2 floors in each building. For an upcoming marketing brochure I need crisp, architectural-style blackline drawings that read clearly when reduced to booklet size. The scope is limited to floor plans only, presented in a clean monochrome line-weight hierarchy. Please show walls, doors, and a basic room layout with just enough furniture blocks to orient the reader—no fully-detailed interiors, only the minimal furniture called for in a “Some, basic room layout only” approach.

Each building will require its own sheet (or sheets, if multi-storey). I will supply PDF or DWG background information as soon as we start; you may trace or rebuild so long as the final linework is uniform and print-ready. The graphics need to hold up in both high-resolution PDF for press and lightweight PNG/JPEG for digital previews.

Deliverables:
• Black-and-white floor plan drawings for Building A and Building B, scaled and labeled
• Press-ready PDF set plus source DWG or vector file

I am aiming for a quick turnaround and will be available for prompt feedback on line weights, labeling, and any minor room-naming conventions that help the plans communicate.
