Architect for Customized Residential Building Design

Residential Architect / Floor Plan Designer Required

I am looking for an Architect / Residential Building Designer to design a house based on my specific requirements.

Plot Details:

Plot size: 30 × 40 ft
Building type: Residential
Required floors: G + 2
Need an efficient layout considering space utilization, ventilation, natural light, and practicality.

Scope of Work:

2D Floor Plans for all floors
Furniture layout/allocation in the 2D plans
2 sets of 3D building elevations / exterior designs
Complete floor-wise dimensions and room layouts
Design based on my requirements and suggestions
Editable/source files to be provided along with final drawings

Preferred Freelancer:

Experience in residential building design
Good knowledge of space planning and practical construction requirements
Experience with AutoCAD / SketchUp / Revit or similar tools
Ability to incorporate revisions based on feedback
