Archicad School Redraw – 48 h

I will hand you the full set of detailed reference drawings for an existing school and need the whole scheme rebuilt in Archicad within 48 hours. The assignment is for my bachelor portfolio, so the file must stay fully editable.

Scope of work
• Re-model the building in Archicad, introducing the structural revisions and layout adjustments I specify while respecting the original concept.
• Produce dimensioned floor plans, elevations and one clear axonometric view.
• Fit every sheet to A3 and keep the layout book organised so I can swap the labels to my language later.
• Design a standard classroom interior, apply materials, lighting and furnishings, then deliver a few high-quality exterior renders plus the interior view.

Deliverables
– Native Archicad .pln or .pla with all views and layouts open and unlocked
– Render images (JPG/PNG) for the classroom and exteriors

The budget is fixed at €70; please only respond if that works for you. When you reply, attach examples of past Archicad models or sheets so I can confirm you are comfortable working at speed and to the required standard.
