Archicad BIM Model Quality Check

I have a mixed-use building already modelled in Archicad and am now moving into the quality-assurance phase. Before we release drawings to the wider team, I need an experienced Archicad user to open the BIM file, interrogate every storey and element, and document any issues you spot—missing information, coordination clashes, incorrect classifications, inconsistent naming, or anything else that could bite us later.

You will be working with the native Archicad file (latest version) and, if useful, BIMx or BCF for issue tracking. Your task is purely review based: run whichever model-check workflows you trust, flag the problems clearly, and provide a concise, well-organised report so my in-house team can action the fixes straight away.

Deliverables:
• A marked-up Archicad file (or BCF pack) showing each issue’s exact location.
• An issue log in Excel or PDF with screenshot, element ID, and recommended correction.
• A brief summary highlighting any high-risk items that need immediate attention.

If you have a tried-and-tested checklist for design validation, feel free to follow it—as long as every finding is captured and easy for us to track. Turnaround is flexible but the sooner the better, and accuracy is paramount.
