Archicad 3D Modeling for Home

I’m working on a new single-family residence and I need an experienced Archicad specialist to build a precise, well-organized 3D model from my sketches and dimensioned drawings. The model should be cleanly layered, use correct building materials, and be ready for further documentation or visualization once complete.

Deliverables
• Archicad PLN file of the full 3D model
• Any supporting libraries or textures used during the build

Acceptance
The file opens without missing objects, all stories and sections align with the supplied plans, and key building elements (walls, slabs, roofs, doors, windows) remain fully editable. I’ll supply reference material as soon as we start and will be available for quick feedback throughout the process.
