I have a collection of raw spatial layers that now need to be converted into clean, fully attributed ArcGIS feature classes and then examined for patterns that inform my larger project. Everything will be done in ArcGIS—please be comfortable working inside that environment, including editing tools, geodatabases, and the standard geoprocessing toolbox.

The work I need is two-fold:
• Data entry and editing – trace and correct linework, assign attributes exactly as provided, maintain topology, and deliver the results in a file geodatabase (GDB) plus matching shapefiles.
• Spatial analysis – run the specific overlay, proximity, and summary statistics I outline and compile the outputs into clear map layouts and a brief methodological note (PDF or DOCX).

Acceptance criteria
1. All features must snap and pass ArcGIS topology validation with zero errors.
2. Attribute tables match my source spreadsheet one-to-one.
3. Analysis results replicate the step-by-step workflow I provide and include MXD/APR files so I can reproduce them.

When you deliver, include the cleaned GDB, separate shapefiles, MXD/APR project files, and the short report. If you can start right away and keep clear version control, that will help the project move quickly.
