Arabic–English Business Translation Project

I have a batch of business-related documents—roughly 5,000 to 10,000 words in total—that need to move smoothly between Arabic and English. Accuracy and nuance matter to me more than speed; every sentence must read as if it were written originally in the target language, not passed through an online tool.

Here is what I expect from you:
• A fully human, double-checked translation in both directions (Arabic→English and English→Arabic) delivered in the same layout and file format I provide.
• Consistent terminology appropriate for business contexts and any culturally sensitive phrasing handled with care.
• A brief style note or glossary if you create one while working, so future updates remain consistent.

To help me choose quickly, please attach one or two samples of comparable work and tell me the realistic turnaround time you can commit to for the full word count. Quality comes first, but I still need a clear schedule so I can plan internal reviews.

I will review submissions on clarity, linguistic accuracy, and how well your past work reflects the manual, high-quality standard I’m after. Once we agree on the timeline, I’ll share the files and we can get started right away.
