Arabic Customer Email Support

I need a fluent-in-Arabic specialist to take full ownership of our customer support inbox. Your primary task will be to help existing customers who write in about order status, delivery delays, returns, or refund requests. Everything happens by email—no live-chat or social media queues—so clear written Arabic and a professional, reassuring tone are essential.

On a typical day you will triage new messages, pull the relevant order data from our Shopify dashboard, draft a concise response (Arabic first, English notes for the team when needed), and log any actions or follow-ups in our Help Scout workspace. Customers expect a same-business-day reply, so I’m looking for someone who can check the inbox at least three times during their shift and leave it tidy before signing off.

Key deliverables
• Inbox maintained at “zero” by end of your shift
• Accurate updates entered in Help Scout and Shopify (returns, refunds, tracking links)
• Brief daily summary highlighting unresolved tickets or recurring issues

If you have previous e-commerce support experience and feel comfortable navigating order management dashboards, you’ll ramp up quickly. Reliability and a warm, solution-oriented writing style will set you apart.
