We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / SDR to help us connect with U.S.-based Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance agencies/Brokers. This project operates on a pay-per-appointment basis, offering $20 for each qualified appointment.

Responsibilities:
* Research and identify potential U.S. P&C insurance agencies
* Contact agency owners, principals, producers, and operations managers
* Conduct cold outreach through phone
* Introduce our services in a professional and simple way
* Qualify prospects based on their current staffing and operational needs
* Schedule qualified meetings with our team
* Maintain accurate prospect and follow-up records
* Follow up consistently with interested prospects
* Provide a brief daily/weekly activity report

Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience in appointment setting, SDR, B2B cold calling, or lead generation
* Experience targeting U.S. businesses
* Strong spoken and written English
* Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
* Able to handle cold outreach and follow-ups professionally
* Insurance industry experience is a plus but not mandatory
* Must be reliable and capable of working during U.S. business hours.
