Appointment Setter – New Real Estate Video Agency (Performance-Based)

I run Carter Realty Services, a new agency that edits and posts short-form video for real estate agents. I’m looking for an appointment setter to find real estate agents and book free channel audit calls.

PLEASE READ FIRST: We are just getting started. We have no clients yet, no testimonials, and no sample work to show. There is no upfront pay. All pay comes from client payments, after they clear. If no client signs, you may earn nothing. I’d rather tell you now so you can decide if this fits.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Find your own leads: real estate agents who post little or have unedited video (Instagram, TikTok, brokerage websites, LinkedIn)
Message them using the script I provide
Book 15-minute audit calls using my booking link
Log every lead and its status in a shared sheet

PAY

10% of every payment (setup fee and monthly fees) from each client you help sign
Applies to payments received in the client’s first 3 months
Paid within 7 days after each payment clears
Agreed in writing before you start
