Hiring Sales Executive for Teamployer Financial Services
Role Overview
Your main job is to call customers, introduce our financial and loan services, and book appointments. You do not need to be a finance expert—we provide complete training!
Job Details

Core Objectives: Maintain a baseline of 2+ daily booked appointments and 5 weekly closures.
What You Will Do Every Day
Make Calls: Call individuals and business owners daily.
Introduce Services: Talk to customers about our Life Insurance, healh insurance and Loan products.
Understand Needs: Ask simple questions to see if they need help saving money or getting a loan.
Book Appointments: Secure a minimum of 2 confirmed meetings daily for our senior team.
Maintain Records: Keep a simple track of your daily calls and booked meetings in Excel/Sheet
What We Are Looking For
Good Communication: Clear, polite, and confident speaking skills.
Result-Oriented: Focused on meeting the daily 2-appointment target.
Basic Computer Skills: Comfort using Excel sheets and WhatsApp for work.
Experience: 1 to 2 years in calling or sales (Freshers are welcome!).
