Apple Software Setup for Creatives

I'm a creative professional working at home using older OS's on imac and laptop running Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro - It's time to update, clean up files and ensure things are backing up, but I'm afraid to loose projects and work flow, and not sure where to start. I'd love someone to help me with an entire review and streamlining of my workflow for audio recording and video editing (and Dorico notation software). Basically, manage this whole project over several days so I can quickly be up and running with improved work flow.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in Final Cut Pro and Logic Pro
- Experience in software setup and troubleshooting
- Ability to optimize workflows for creative projects
