# Virtual Assistant – Lead Generation, Marketing & Business Support

I am looking for a reliable, motivated and resourceful **Philippines-based Virtual Assistant** to help me grow several online businesses and AI-powered apps.

This is a **part-time role to start**, with the opportunity for more hours and ongoing work for the right person.

## What I need you to do

### Lead Generation & Sales

* Find potential businesses and customers who may benefit from my products and services.
* Research businesses and build lead lists.
* Contact potential customers by email, social media and, when appropriate, phone.
* Follow up with leads.
* Respond to enquiries and pass serious leads to me.
* Keep a simple record of leads, contacts, responses and follow-ups.
* Help turn interested businesses into customers.

### YouTube

I will create and provide the videos each week. You will:

* Upload videos to YouTube.
* Add titles, descriptions, links and tags.
* Organise videos into playlists.
* Schedule videos when required.
* Keep the channel organised and active.
* Monitor comments and notify me about genuine enquiries.

### Social Media

I will create the actual posts, graphics and advertisements.

Your job will be to:

* Post/schedule the content I provide.
* Keep posting consistent.
* Monitor messages and comments.
* Identify potential customers from social media.
* Send worthwhile leads to me.

### App Testing & Support

I have several apps and online businesses, including:

* **Build Books**
* **Salon Books**
* **Lead Hand**
* **Lead Mate**

You will help test the apps as new features are released.

This includes:

* Testing buttons, forms, sign-ups and features.
* Looking for bugs or things that don't work properly.
* Taking screenshots or screen recordings of problems.
* Giving clear feedback.
* Testing from a normal customer's point of view.
* Helping with basic customer support when required.

## The person I'm looking for

You don't need to be an expert. I'm more interested in finding someone who is:

* Reliable and honest.
* A good communicator in English.
* Comfortable using computers and the internet.
* Confident learning new software.
* Comfortable using ChatGPT and other AI tools.
* Good at research.
* Organised and able to follow up.
* Not afraid to make phone calls.
* Interested in sales and finding customers.
* Able to work independently once trained.
* Willing to learn about my businesses and products.

## How I want to start

I would like to start with a **small paid trial/competition task** so we can see whether we are a good fit.

The successful person can then begin with a small number of hours per week and increase their hours as the businesses grow.

I'm looking for someone who wants **long-term work**, not just a one-off job.

**Important:** I will provide the content, videos, graphics and advertising material. Your role is to help distribute it, find customers, follow up leads, manage enquiries, test the apps and help keep everything moving.
