Professional Services on local onsite Apex One (AO) pilot implementation services with the below scope of works:
1. Assessment & requirement gathering for existing endpoint and server protection architecture and running OS compatibility
2. Proposed & design architecture for approval.
3. Provide full system requirement including firewall policy.
4. Setup and configure AO server, central, console & database with latest stable version.
5. Advice & setup AO security policies, up to 5 pilot policies, not limit to endpoint / server anti-virus / malware, behavior monitoring, web reputation, firewall & DLP.
6. Deploy AO pilot agents.
7. Leverage native API integrations between Trend Vision One and existing SIEM for real-time telemetry, alert ingestion, and incident context (for DUN only).
8. Rollback plan must be provided and able to execute effectively, in the event the agent deployment failed and affected the destinated endpoint.
9. Conduct Final Acceptance Test (FAT) upon completion.
10. Provide post-implementation documentation & SOP upon FAT.
11. Conduct knowledge transfer workshop to operation & SOC team.
12. Min. two (2) local certified engineers in Trend Micro Apex One Technical, Vision One for Administrator & one (1) x Vision One XDR Professional.
