Apartment Plan Revision With En-Suites

I already have the full set of drawings for a small apartment building (1-3 floors) with two L-shaped stair core. I’m happy with the general layout and footprints, so your task is purely an adjustment of the existing plans rather than a redesign.

Scope of the update
• Add a self-contained bathroom and toilet to every bedroom while preserving the present room sizes as much as possible.
• Integrate a code-compliant emergency exit route that ties neatly into the current circulation without disturbing the L-shaped stairs.
• Fit a compact passenger lift/mini-elevator (suitable for a low-rise residential block) into the core or another viable position, again working within the existing structural grid.

What I will provide
– Current CAD files in DWG/PDF
– Room schedules and basic MEP notes

What I need back
1. Updated floor plans, reflected ceiling plans, and sections showing the new bathrooms, lift shaft and emergency exit.
2. Any structural or wall-thickening adjustments called out clearly.
3. Plumbing and ventilation points for the new wet areas marked.
4. Final files in DWG and printable PDF, plus a brief narrative of the design decisions.

Acceptance criteria
• No bedroom loses more than a practical amount of usable floor space (please flag any that pose a problem).
• Lift and escape route comply with typical low-rise apartment regulations; cite the standard you are using.
• All drawings are layered, clean, and ready for the next project stage (Revit or AutoCAD acceptable).
