Apartment Energy Consumption Simulation

I need a technically rigorous building-energy assessment of one existing social-housing unit in a hot-arid region of Algeria. The work will use the supplied architectural plans and available construction information to establish a baseline model, test selected construction/passive-design interventions, and compare their energy performance, operational carbon emissions, and—where reliable local cost data can be obtained—their incremental construction costs. The aim is to identify practical, evidence-based options rather than merely produce a before-and-after simulation.
