I need a full ANSYS-based digital twin of a three-phase, 5 HP permanent-magnet synchronous motor that will let me move straight from the screen to real-world hardware. The scope covers electromagnetic, thermal and vibration behaviour, so the model must be set up to run magnetic field, temperature rise and structural resonance studies in one coherent workflow (ANSYS Maxwell / Motor-CAD / Mechanical or an equivalent toolchain).

I don’t yet have detailed mechanical drawings, so part of the job is to help translate the target output power, speed and frame size assumptions into the exact stator/rotor geometry, winding layout and material stack that the simulation will use. Your experience with IEC/NEMA frame standards and common lamination libraries will be valuable here.

When the model is converged I’ll need clear performance data extracted:
• Efficiency curves across the operating envelope
• Torque-speed characteristics, including peak and continuous ratings
• Phase current and terminal voltage requirements at each load point

Deliverables
1. Fully parametric ANSYS project files (geometry, materials, boundary conditions and solved datasets).
2. A concise report (PDF) summarising methods, key results and the design tables I can hand to a motor manufacturer.
3. Short hand-off call or video explaining how to tweak parameters and re-run analyses.

The work is complete when the simulation predictions match accepted industry benchmarks for a 5 HP PMSM and all requested plots and data tables are reproduced from the model.
