Annual 20-Page Magazine Template

I already sketched a full 20-page draft for our company magazine and now need a polished, professional layout that we can reuse every year. The final piece has to work in both printed and digital form, so I’ll need one press-ready PDF with proper bleeds and a separate interactive PDF optimised for online viewing.

Content for this first edition is largely complete—team bios, five to six recent projects, a one-page overview of our process, plus space for a yearly letter and closing notes. What I’m missing is a consistent design system: master pages, paragraph/character styles, colour swatches and grids that let my team drop in fresh copy and images next year without rebuilding from scratch.
