Animator Needed for YouTube Series

I need an animator in the future for my show Last Bell, i dont have any money gathered now but i have the story done and i will be posting it on youtube, i have the first opening published but it was made with ai so i dont think its right. I need someone who can animate fight scenes mostly. i dont know what animation style i want but i do know i wanna make it an anime. but it will be 20 minute episodes and i need season 1 to be good (13 episodes) so i can afford a better animator for season 2 (unless this animator wants to work on season 2). I dont have the money yet but i have to work on getting it.
