Project Description

I am looking for a skilled 2D/3D animator or AI video production professional to create three high-quality animated videos for my YouTube channel, Sync & Sketch. These will form Episodes 1, 2, and 3 of an entertaining family-adventure series.

Each episode should be approximately 15–18 minutes long, produced in professional Full HD (1920 × 1080) resolution. AI-assisted production is welcome, provided the final videos look polished, consistent, engaging, and professionally edited.

Story Concept: An Indian Family Around the World

The series follows a traditional Indian family on an exciting international tour, discovering different countries, cultures, landmarks, food, and lifestyles.

The main family consists of four characters:

- Father (Husband): A responsible, caring Indian family man who enjoys travelling and discovering new places.
- Mother (Wife): A traditional Indian woman who values Indian culture, family traditions, food, and customs while enjoying new experiences.
- College-going Son: A curious, tech-loving young man interested in gadgets, AI, gaming, photography, and digital discoveries.
- School-going Daughter: An intelligent, energetic, tech-loving girl who enjoys exploring, asking questions, using technology, and discovering new cultures.

The family should have distinctive personalities, expressive faces, memorable interactions, and consistent character designs throughout all three episodes.

Episode Requirements

- Episode 1: Introduce the family, their personalities, and the beginning of their international adventure.
- Episode 2: Explore a new destination, including local attractions, culture, food, and entertaining family experiences.
- Episode 3: Continue the journey with new discoveries, humorous situations, unexpected challenges, and an engaging conclusion.

The final destinations and detailed storylines can be discussed with the selected creator.

Production Requirements

- Professional 2D animation, 3D animation, or high-quality AI-assisted animation.
- Full HD 1080p resolution (1920 × 1080).
- 15–18 minutes per episode.
- Consistent character designs, clothing, voices, and personalities.
- Professional voice-over, dialogue, background music, sound effects, and video editing.
- Engaging storytelling, cinematic scenes, smooth transitions, and family-friendly humour.
- Accurate and attractive representations of international destinations.
- English or Hindi dialogue, depending on the agreed production plan.

Copyright & Ownership

All audio, video, character designs, music, sound effects, scripts, and other assets must be original, properly licensed, or generated under terms that permit commercial YouTube use.

No unauthorized copyrighted characters, music, footage, or third-party assets may be used.

The freelancer must clearly disclose any third-party assets and their licensing conditions. Upon final payment, I require a written agreement transferring the agreed intellectual property rights to me, including the right to publish, monetize, edit, distribute, and reuse the completed episodes on my YouTube channel, subject to applicable third-party licences and AI-tool terms.

Deliverables

1. Three complete animated episodes, each 15–18 minutes long.
2. Final edited Full HD 1080p video files.
3. Final audio mix with dialogue, music, and sound effects.
4. Consistent character designs across all episodes.
5. Thumbnails or key promotional images for each episode.
6. Project files and available source assets, as agreed before hiring.
7. Written confirmation of commercial usage rights and ownership terms.

My priority is professional storytelling, consistent characters, engaging animation, and copyright-compliant production—not simply assembling AI-generated clips.

My recommendation before publishing

- Budget: Ask freelancers to quote for all three episodes, but compare bids carefully. Fifteen to eighteen minutes of animation per episode is a substantial production.
- Start with a pilot: Consider commissioning a 60–90 second sample featuring all four family members before committing to the full project.
- Character consistency: Request a character model sheet and voice samples before full production.
- Copyright: Specify that you need commercial rights and written ownership terms. “Royalty-free” does not automatically mean copyright-free or exclusive ownership.

One important point: 45–54 minutes of finished animation is a major project, even with AI-assisted workflows. Prioritize a freelancer who can demonstrate consistent characters, storytelling, and complete long-form videos rather than just impressive short AI clips.
