I need a straightforward way to move image files from one Android smartphone to another using the phones’ own mobile-data connection—no Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. The goal is a small, reliable solution that a non-technical user can launch, pick images, and send them directly to a recipient’s phone number or in-app ID, even when they are on different carriers.

I’m open to whether you build a lightweight native Android app, use Kotlin + Jetpack components, or leverage a secure backend API you already have; what matters is that the transfer happens over mobile data, the images arrive intact, and the user experience stays simple (select, send, confirm).

Key things I’ll be looking for on delivery:
• An installable APK (or play-ready bundle) with clear, commented source code
• Step-by-step setup notes so I can generate new builds and point to a different backend if needed
• Brief testing evidence showing successful transfers on at least two Android devices on mobile data only

If this matches something you’ve done before or can prototype quickly, let’s talk through milestones and get started.
