Android FF Tournament App Build

I need a complete Android application that lets players join and follow my FF tournaments from their phones. At minimum the app must let users create an account or sign in, view upcoming matches, check match times once they are published, and track their ranking through a real-time leaderboard with basic statistics.
I do not have any UI files, so I will rely on you for the full visual design as well as the technical build. Simple, clean screens that feel native to modern Android are important; if you prefer Jetpack Compose over XML layouts, I am open to that.
Core deliverables
• Android APK + source project (Kotlin or Java)
• Custom registration / login flow (email, Google or other feasible method)
• Administrator panel or in-app admin section to create and edit match schedules
• Public schedule screen that updates automatically for players
• Leaderboard that pulls stats from the matches and orders players or teams correctly
• Basic documentation so I can populate future tournaments without code changes
Acceptance criteria
1. All three main features—registration/login, match scheduling, leaderboard—work on Android 10+.
2. First launch to login takes under five seconds on an average device.
3. UI matches the agreed wireframes you provide before coding.
4. Source compiles without errors in the current stable Android Studio.
I am ready to answer any domain-specific questions about the FF ruleset and scoring once we begin.
