Android Entertainment App IAP Integration

I’m building an Android entertainment app and need a developer who can take it from concept to a polished release on Google Play, complete with in-app purchase capability. Because the core focus is entertainment—think light, engaging experiences similar to casual games or media hubs—the purchase flow has to feel native and friction-free.

Here’s what I expect:
• A Kotlin- or Java-based Android project that targets the current API level.
• Google Play Billing integrated and ready for the range of products we decide on together (I’m open to consumables, non-consumables, or subscriptions once we map the revenue model).
• A clean UI that follows Material guidelines, responsive across common phone and tablet sizes.
• Source code stored in a Git repository with meaningful commits and clear setup instructions.
• A signed release build plus guidance on Play Store listing, testing tracks, and purchase test accounts.
