Android Deployment & Security Specialist – Headwind MDM, GrapheneOS & Nitrokey Setup

Seeking an experienced Systems Administrator and Cybersecurity Specialist proficient with GitHub to help set up and maintain a high-security mobile device management workflow.

Key Responsibilities & Scope:
- Headwind MDM Deployment: Configure and deploy Headwind MDM (open-source server/client architecture via GitHub) to provision and manage fleet devices.
- GrapheneOS & Nitrokey Integration: Provision Nitrokey GrapheneOS smartphones for secure, enterprise-grade deployment using custom enrollment profiles.
- IT Administration & Hardening: Establish ongoing IT admin practices, network security policies, and best-practice device management guidelines.
- Troubleshooting & Support: Provide technical support for server management, client updates, and system integrity checks.

Required Qualifications:
- Strong expertise with GitHub (repository management, self-hosted applications, and source code builds).
- Hands-on experience with Headwind MDM and Android Enterprise device owner provisioning (QR-code/custom launches).
- Deep understanding of GrapheneOS, mobile OS hardening, and privacy-focused hardware like Nitrokey.
- Proven background in IT administration and mobile/endpoint cybersecurity.
