Android Content Management Web App

I want to launch a lightweight, app-style website that runs smoothly on Android devices and focuses solely on text-based data entry and ongoing content editing. The goal is to give authorised users a fast, uncluttered interface where they can create new records, update existing ones, and manage everything from an Android phone or tablet without juggling desktop screens.

Key workflow
• User logs in, chooses the relevant form, and types or pastes text.
• Each submission is saved to a backend database and instantly retrievable for future edits.
• Simple search and filter tools let users locate a record in seconds.

A responsive layout that feels native on Android is essential, and the design should keep typing efficiency front-and-centre (large tap targets, auto-save cues, minimal page reloads). I am open to React, Vue, Flutter Web, or a comparable modern stack—use whatever you are quickest with, provided the final build is stable and easy to maintain. I may extend compatibility to iOS and Windows later, so clean, portable code is appreciated.
