Android “Bharat pe” App

I’m planning an Android-only application tentatively called “Bharat pe.” At its core it should let Indian users handle everyday payments smoothly on their phones, following the simple, scan-and-pay experience they already know. While the precise feature set is still open for discussion, I do want the foundation in place for secure account creation, quick payment initiation, and an interface that feels unmistakably local.

Here’s how I picture the collaboration:

• Build a clean, modern Android app written in Kotlin or Java and structured for future scale.
• Integrate industry-standard security practices (encryption at rest, tokenised transactions, secure session handling).
• Deliver well-commented source code, an installable APK, and a concise setup/hand-off guide so my in-house team can continue development.

If you have previous experience with UPI, QR-code flows, or similar Indian payment solutions, that will be a definite advantage. Let me know any relevant live links or demo builds you can share, plus a rough timeline from initial design to a functional MVP.
