Android App & Panel Upgrades

I have an existing Android application with a PHP-based admin panel that needs a round of practical upgrades and a little spring-cleaning on the server side. Below is exactly what I expect to hand over and see working:

• Notifications
‑ Store every push notification in the user’s account and allow both the user and the admin to delete individual items whenever they wish.

• Persistent address details
‑ Capture the user’s street and city in the app, sync them to the admin panel, and make sure the data survives log-outs and app reinstalls.

• Product enquiries
‑ Add a section in the admin panel where I can view, search, reply to, and generally manage all enquiries that originate from the app.

• Attendance module
‑ Build a simple attendance workflow (check-in / check-out with timestamp) and surface the records in the admin panel.

• Order book & inventory
‑ Record new orders, tie them to live inventory counts, and let me adjust stock levels from the panel.

• Android build from web view
‑ Wrap the existing website into a stable WebView, meet current Play Store guidelines, generate the release build, and submit it under my developer account.

• Hosting clean-up
‑ Remove obsolete files from cPanel to free space and reduce clutter.

• Web-mail fix
‑ Diagnose and restore cPanel web-mail so incoming and outgoing messages flow reliably.

Everything else in the app and panel stays exactly as it is; only the points above change. The job is finished when all items work smoothly on both the latest Android OS and the current hosting environment, the Play Store upload is approved, and I have a brief hand-over note explaining any new settings or credentials you created.
