Android App Multi-Device User Testing

The app is feature-complete and ready for real-world scrutiny. I need you to assemble and coordinate a pool of everyday Android users—people who use their phones normally, not professional QA engineers—so we can observe how intuitive the experience feels before Play Store submission. The panel must cover a healthy mix of Samsung, Google Pixel, and Xiaomi handsets to ensure brand-specific quirks come to light.
Here is what I expect:
• A verified email list of willing testers, including each tester’s phone model and Android version.
• Distribution of each new APK build, collecting first-run impressions, navigation notes, and any points of confusion.
• Consolidated feedback reports after every testing round, highlighting usability issues rather than just crashes.
• Ongoing availability to push ad-hoc builds and capture quick reactions until the day the app is published.
I will supply the signed APKs, brief feature notes, and a shared Google Sheet for tracking responses. Please be comfortable with standard beta-distribution tools such as Google Play Internal Testing, TestFlight-style services (e.g., Firebase App Distribution), or simple email delivery if a tester prefers.
The engagement ends once the app is live and all open usability findings are documented and either fixed or consciously deferred.
