Android App Development Needed

I have a concept tentatively called “From 100 t” that I want turned into a fully functional Android application. The idea is still at an early stage, so I’m looking for someone who can guide the entire mobile build-out—from defining a clean architecture to publishing a polished APK on Google Play.

Your role will cover:
• Designing an intuitive, modern UI that scales well across current Android OS versions
• Writing maintainable, well-documented Kotlin or Java code (your call, just explain your choice)
• Integrating any required APIs or back-end endpoints once the scope is clarified
• Supplying a release-ready build plus full source code and concise setup instructions
