Our upcoming corporate meeting will run in two simultaneous spaces—a training center for the audience and a small breakout room for the trainer whose feed must be audible back to the main floor. I need a seasoned audio-visual technician who can come on-site, provide and configure the gear listed below, and manage the full show, live-stream link between rooms. We will have a videographer who will bring his own camera for the live streaming. We will need you to work with him to ensure it displays on the monitors in the main room.

The core setup
• 5 lavalier microphones for the training center speakers
• 1 handheld wireless mic for audience Q&A and “mic-running”
• Speakers adequate for clear coverage of the training center (1,600 sq ft)
• A sound mixer (please bring or specify the model you prefer). We have a mixer on-site - photos are attached.
• Existing floor and mounted monitors are already in place and available for use

What I need from you
• Load-in, testing, and line check before doors open on September 29th
• Live mixing of all six mics, balancing levels so both in-room and streamed audio remain clear and feedback-free
• Seamless switching so attendees can watch and hear the trainer in real time on the monitors from the breakout room and in main room
• Rapid troubleshooting throughout the program and a smooth strike when we wrap

Acceptance criteria
1. All six microphones deliver clean, stable signal—no dropouts, clipping, or feedback.
2. Trainer’s video and audio feed reaches training center monitors

Event Details:
- Event Date: September 30th (Attendees arrive at 12:45 PM; setup must be completed by 12 PM)
- Event End Time: 5:15 PM
- Testing/Setup Date: September 29th
