American English voice recording for education (book + app) by English Teacher

I need a clear, neutral American male voice to record 158 irregular verbs. For every verb you will say the base form, past simple, and past participle—each form twice: first at normal conversational speed, then immediately again at a noticeably slower speed. Please leave roughly a three-second pause before moving on to the next form so learners have space to repeat.

Technical specs are straightforward: one MP3 file encoded at 320 kbps, 44.1 kHz, clean studio-quality audio with no background noise, room echo, or mouth clicks. If you prefer to supply separate files per verb and it stays within budget, that’s fine; otherwise a single continuous file is perfect and I will handle any slicing.

Usage will be fully commercial in a printed and ebook via downloads (after the customer bought the book) and in iOS/Android apps, so make sure all rights are cleared and transferred.

Deliverables
• One master MP3 in the format above, containing the verbs in the required order and pacing.
• A short note confirming commercial usage rights.

I will check that every verb appears six times in sequence (base-normal, base-slow, past-normal, past-slow, participle-normal, participle-slow) with the correct pause length and that overall word count falls between 500 and 1,000.
