I’m ready to build a fully sustainable private-label brand on Amazon across the MENA, USA and UK marketplaces, and I need an experienced specialist to guide me live, on-screen, from the very first step.
Scope of work
I want end-to-end support—finding profitable products, validating demand, shaping the brand, and mapping out a launch strategy that can scale. During our kick-off call you will walk me through a concrete plan showing how you typically:
• Mine Amazon Best Sellers data, keyword research tools and competitor analysis (and any other “hidden-gem” methods you use)
• Short-list high-potential, low-competition items that align with a sustainable positioning
• Calculate exact cost, margin and logistics figures before any order is placed
• Craft the brand identity, listing copy and creative that convert in the MENA, US and UK storefronts
• Execute the launch sequence—from supplier negotiation and freight to PPC, review generation and ranking
How we’ll work
All sessions are live screen-share mentorships. I want to see the real dashboards (Seller Central, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, DataDive or whichever stack you prefer) and understand every decision so I can replicate it. Between calls, I’ll handle homework you assign; you’ll be available for quick clarifications in chat.
Acceptance criteria
1. At least three vetted product opportunities with ROI, MOQ, and shipping cost breakdowns.
2. A written launch roadmap covering listing optimisation, ad spend milestones, and review strategy.
3. Clear brand guidelines (name options, positioning statement, imagery direction) ready for trademark filing.
4. My full understanding of the workflow, demonstrated by the ability to repeat the process on a second product without extra guidance.
