Amazon KDP Formatting & Upload

My manuscript is complete and sits in a Microsoft Word file, and the front is ready but not the back cover for both the paperback and the eBook are finished. What I need now is a seamless transition from raw files to a live listing on Amazon KDP.
Here is the scope in plain language. First, take the Word manuscript and format it to KDP’s specifications for both print and Kindle versions—correct trim size, margins, bleed, headers and footers, clickable table of contents, embedded fonts, the works. Once the interior looks professional, convert it into a print-ready PDF for the paperback and an EPUB (or KPF) that passes Kindle Previewer without warnings.
Next, match my supplied covers to the chosen trim size, confirming spine width and bleed are perfect so the KDP preview accepts them at once. After the files are validated, upload everything through my KDP dashboard, fill in the metadata I provide, run the online preview, and make sure the project is fully cleared for publication.
Deliverables are straightforward:
• Print-ready PDF for the paperback interior
• EPUB (or KPF) for the Kindle edition
• Confirmation that both versions pass KDP’s final checks and appear “Ready to Publish” inside my account
If you are familiar with Kindle Create, InDesign, Vellum, or similar tools and have already navigated the KDP approval screen dozens of times, you are exactly who I need.
