Amazon Flex Offer Alert System

I need a small web-based application that signs in to my Amazon Flex account, continuously checks for new delivery blocks and instantly forwards any matching offer to me through Telegram.

The core flow is straightforward: log in, poll the offers endpoint, apply simple filters I can change in a browser (station, start time, pay, duration), then push a formatted Telegram message with all the details and a one-tap link or button to accept the block. The web interface should also mirror the feed in real time so I can review everything from a desktop or phone browser when Telegram is not convenient.

Please build with whatever stack you are most comfortable with, so long as:
• The back-end can keep the Amazon session alive and handle 2-step verification when it appears.
• Notifications over the Telegram Bot API arrive in less than a second after an offer is detected.
• All credentials and filters are stored securely (env variables or encrypted DB field is fine).
