Airtable Expert Needed to Build Simple Client Operating System

I’m looking for an experienced Airtable freelancer to build V1 of a simple client operating system for a luxury custom clothing business.
This is not a complicated enterprise CRM project. We already know the workflow and what we want built. I need someone who can take a clear specification and build it quickly, cleanly, and reliably.
V1 Customer Flow
Prospect Identified → Contacted → Engaged → Consultation Scheduled → Consultation Ready → Consultation Complete
What I need built
* Linked tables for Clients, Opportunities, Consultations, and Tasks/Activities
* Simple sales pipeline
* Automated follow-up tasks and reminders
* Consultation scheduling/preparation workflow
* Alerts for overdue or stalled prospects
* Simple exception handling so nothing gets forgotten
* Very clean Owner interface showing:
* Today’s consultations
* People who need attention
* Upcoming consultations
* Client information
* More detailed Admin interface showing:
* Full pipeline
* Stalled prospects
* Upcoming consultations
* Overdue tasks and exceptions
* Clean architecture that we can expand later into payments, orders, suppliers, fulfillment, customer communication, and client purchase/wardrobe history
Most important requirement
Keep it simple.
The business owner should not spend his day managing Airtable. His job is building relationships, serving clients, and selling. Airtable should quietly handle the organization, reminders, and workflow behind him.
I already have a detailed build specification that I’ll provide once we start.

* Owner interface
* Admin interface
* Core automations
* Testing
* Short documentation / walkthrough video
