Airbnb Listing Admin Assistant

I manage a growing portfolio of short-term rentals and need dependable help keeping our Airbnb listings in perfect shape. Your main responsibility will be listing administration, with a clear focus on two recurring tasks:

• Updating property details – amenities, descriptions, pricing notes, house rules, and any new information I supply.
• Uploading and arranging photos – adding fresh images, re-ordering galleries for best conversion, and making sure captions match the space.

All changes must be made directly inside the Airbnb host dashboard, so prior, hands-on experience with that interface is essential. If you are already comfortable resizing images in Canva or a similar tool, that’s a plus.

Depending on how smoothly we work together, I may later delegate guest messages, data organisation or routine follow-ups, but the immediate priority is fast, accurate listing updates.

Whenever I assign a task pack you will deliver:
1. The updated Airbnb listing live and error-free.
2. A short change log (Google Sheet) noting every field touched.
3. Confirmation that photos display correctly on desktop and mobile.
