AI Voice Receptionist & Chatbot

Build an AI Receptionist for Phone + WhatsApp with CRM & Calendar Integration

Project description:

I am looking for an experienced AI automation developer to build a 24/7 AI front-desk system for my business, consisting of two connected components:

1. AI Phone Receptionist

The voice assistant should:

Answer incoming calls 24/7 with a natural, professional voice.
Understand callers in French and Moroccan Darija.
Answer approved questions about services, prices, opening hours, and other basic information.
Collect the caller's name, phone number, email, reason for contact, and notes.
Handle appointment requests and book appointments directly into Google Calendar or another agreed calendar system.
If the caller needs something that requires a human, such as a formal quotation or a complex request, the AI should either:
perform a warm transfer to a human representative, or
collect the information and create a follow-up task for the team.
Record calls and make transcripts available in the CRM.
2. WhatsApp AI Assistant

I also need a WhatsApp-based AI assistant that shares the same knowledge base and CRM as the phone assistant.

It should:

Respond to WhatsApp messages 24/7.
Understand French and Moroccan Darija.
Answer approved questions about services, prices, opening hours, etc.
Collect the same lead information as the phone assistant.
Handle appointment requests.
Allow prospects to choose an available appointment slot.
Synchronize appointments with the same calendar used by the phone assistant.
3. Phone → WhatsApp Follow-up

An important part of the system:

When someone calls the business and provides a phone number, the system should be able to automatically send a WhatsApp follow-up message to that number after the call, where appropriate.

For example:

“Bonjour [Name], merci pour votre appel. Voici un récapitulatif de votre demande…”

The exact workflow can be discussed during development.

4. Central CRM / Database

Both channels must use the same central lead/contact database.

For each lead, I want to automatically store:

Name
Phone number
Email
Reason for contact
Appointment information
Notes
Call recording
Call transcript
WhatsApp conversation history
Lead status
Source/channel

I should be able to see the complete history of a prospect in one contact record.

5. Admin / Knowledge Base

I need a simple way for my team to update:

Prices
Services
FAQs
Opening hours
Basic business information

The team should not need to modify code for normal content updates.
