Voice Based Management System
Background & Challenge:
Have existing excel based activity tracker with macros to initiate emails to concerned person for assigning a task. This is limited to assigning a task via email and later manual update post follow-up with concerned executive is required.
Advanced Requirement:
Need to have a web-based portal with login access to Management as Executives for tracking activities across Projects including miscellaneous tasks. Task to be assigned & updated thru voice command by all users. Need to use AI tools to capture instructions, assign task, take inputs from Executives, update the activity, record & track the activity with interactive analytics.
Requirement in brief:
1. The system can be web / mobile application based.
2. Need separate login ids for 3-5 Management personnel
3. Need separate login ids for 10-12 executives
4. Management login and Executive login to have different access.
5. Management user starts system gives verbal instructions in a particular sequence Management provides details such as “Project”, “Executive name”, “Task brief”, “Target date”, “Priority” draft task is created & displayed Management user makes necessary edits clicks or commands verbal “ok” task id is generated confirmation message to Management user with task id and details of the task task which is created is assigned to user (could be multiple users)
6. Entire set-up can be an application where Management and Executive/s are part of a chat (Whatsapp like chat application with basis features to start with and then developing it as a complete feature rich application)
7. Executive to receive notification on whatsapp / web application / mobile application about the assigned task Executive modifies the status of task and provides response for Management user.
8. Status of task: “Pending” (when created), “Acknowledged”, “Under Process” / “Need guidance” / “Dependent” / “Completed”. Needs Management consent for change of status. Provision for more comments on the task from Management user.
9. Need to keep record of entire task and conversation history.
10. Need analytics and interactive dashboard with provision to download reports at various levels with multiple selection at: “User”, “Project”, “Priority”, “Status”, “Target date” range.
