AI Voice Appointment Scheduling Integration

I want to add an AI-powered voice bot that handles appointment scheduling from start to finish. When a visitor speaks to the bot on either my website or inside the mobile app, it should recognise their intent, check available times in our calendar, book the slot, and send a confirmation—all without human intervention.

Access to the scheduler must be gated by social-media login only, so please wire it to popular OAuth providers (Facebook, Google or Apple are fine) before any dates are shown. Once authenticated, the user’s name, email and chosen time should be stored in my existing database and mirrored to Google Calendar (or a comparable calendar API) so staff can see new bookings instantly.

Key expectations
• Voice input with natural-language understanding and spoken responses.
• Seamless embedding in both the website and the mobile app; the same conversation flow should work on each.
• Social-media OAuth as the sole authentication method.
• A lightweight admin panel where I can tweak questions, see logs and export appointment data.
• Clear deployment instructions and source code on hand-over so I can maintain the bot in-house.
