AI Integration / Automation Assistant — Genspark, Bee, Plaud, Roam, Google Workspace, CRM, MCP & APIs
Project Description
I am looking for a technically capable AI Integration / Automation Assistant to help design, set up, document, and maintain a simple personal/business AI operating system.
This is not primarily a software-development project and I am not looking for someone who wants to build an unnecessarily complicated custom application.
The objective is to make existing AI and productivity tools work together simply and reliably, with as little manual intervention as possible.
My intended central platform is Genspark, including SecondBrain and Super Agent.
Other tools currently include or may include:
• Bee wearable AI recorder
• Plaud / Plaud NotePin
• Gmail
• Google Calendar
• Google Drive
• Monday.com or another CRM
• ChatGPT
• MCP servers
• APIs
• Webhooks
• Genspark Workflows
• Make or n8n only when necessary
Desired Architecture
The basic concept is:
Bee / Plaud → automatic ingestion → Genspark SecondBrain → Super Agent → CRM / Drive / Email / Calendar
I want Genspark to function as the primary AI interface or “command center”, while the other systems operate behind the scenes.
Initial Responsibilities
The selected person will help:
• Connect Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and CRM data to Genspark.
• Establish the cleanest possible method for automatically transferring Bee conversation data into an information source accessible by Genspark.
• Integrate important Plaud transcripts/summaries.
• Evaluate and implement MCP/API/webhook connections.
• Create a small number of useful automations.
• Develop a morning AI briefing.
• Develop an end-of-day review.
• Extract tasks and commitments from meetings and conversations.
• Route confirmed tasks into the CRM.
• Route documents into the appropriate Drive locations.
• Document the entire architecture.
• Troubleshoot integrations when APIs or AI products evolve.
Important Requirement
Simplicity is more important than technical cleverness. I do not want eight separate applications that I must actively manage.
The desired user experience is essentially:
Wear the recorder.
Open Genspark.
Ask what I need to know.
Let the integrations work in the background.
Ideal Candidate
The right person should understand several of the following:
• AI agent workflows
• Genspark
• MCP
• REST APIs
• webhooks
• Google Workspace integration
• Make
• n8n
• Zapier
• CRM integration
• structured AI extraction
• automation troubleshooting
• prompt/workflow design
You do not need to be an expert in every application listed above.
More important is the ability to understand a business objective, select the simplest dependable integration, implement it, test it, and explain it clearly to a nontechnical user.
Ongoing Relationship
This is not necessarily a one-time project.
AI applications, agent systems, MCP servers, and integration capabilities are changing rapidly. I am looking for someone who can initially build the system and potentially provide ongoing light technical support and periodic improvements as better tools and integrations become available.
When Applying
Please provide:
1. Examples of AI/app integrations you have personally built.
2. Your experience with MCP, APIs, webhooks, Make, n8n, or similar tools.
3. Whether you have worked with Genspark, Bee, Plaud, Google Workspace, or Monday.
4. How you would approach the Bee → Genspark integration.
5. How you decide when to use a native integration versus Make/n8n versus custom API work.
6. Your hourly rate.
7. Your availability for ongoing support.
Please do not send a generic AI-generated application. Explain briefly how you would keep this system simple.
