I am looking for an experienced full-stack developer to build a web-based personal productivity and intelligent scheduling platform.

The goal is to create an application that helps individuals organize their daily lives by managing work, fitness, education, hobbies, and personal activities. It should also allow users to connect with others, compare availability, and coordinate shared activities.

The application should go beyond a traditional calendar by intelligently organizing flexible tasks around existing commitments and suggesting practical schedule adjustments when conflicts arise.

I am not a developer, but I can provide a detailed product specification and may prepare an initial UI prototype using Lovable.

Respect activity priorities, durations, and permitted time windows.

Suggest alternative time slots when the existing schedule becomes impractical.

Pricing and Project Expectations

I am looking for a realistic and transparent quotation based on the actual requirements.

Please avoid placeholder bids or artificially low introductory prices that increase substantially after development begins.

Before starting, we will agree on the technical scope, functionality, milestones, and acceptance criteria.

For fixed-price projects, the agreed functionality and corrections required to meet the acceptance criteria must be included in the quoted price.

For hourly projects, each milestone will have an agreed hours limit. Any additional work must receive written approval before proceeding.

Payments will be released through Freelancer.com milestones after the corresponding deliverables have been reviewed and verified.

All source code, project files, hosting accounts, and deployment credentials must remain under my ownership and control.
