Role Overview
We are inviting Freelancers, Final Year Student & Graduates to an opportunity to participate in a UX Focus Group Evaluation Program. Participants will test websites & SaaS Dashboards, along with AI-driven work-flows to provide honest, unbiased, structured, actionable UX feedback, along with Product Market Fit analysis in a report. This is not a design execution role, it is a QA & UX evaluation, and insights role. You will have the opportunity to become involved and help shape the development and future of the AI-SaaS platform.

Key Responsibilities
Review & Report:
- Website & SaaS Dashboard Features & Functions
- AI-Agents and workflows
- Analyze the user journey end-to-end
- UX friction areas & Gaps between UI and usability
- Provide clear, thoughtful, practical UX Feedback reports & suggestions
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in QA, UI/UX, product development, & business usability
- Ability to explain why something works or doesn’t
- Begin your application with the words "Focus Group".
- Honest, unbiased, and ‘Critical Thinking’ feedback & suggested improvements
- Exceptional written communication skills in English
