I’m ready to roll out an AI-powered receptionist that can immediately step in to 1) answer incoming calls, 2) book appointments, and 3) handle day-to-day customer inquiries with an intermediate level of conversational ability. In practice, that means the bot must understand common questions, offer clear, friendly responses, and smoothly pass anything truly unusual to a human team member.

Here’s what I expect from you:
• Deploy or build the conversational model (Dialogflow, Amazon Lex, Microsoft Bot Framework, or a comparable tool—your choice, as long as it meets the requirements).
• Connect it to my existing phone system and calendar/booking software so calls and appointments flow automatically without manual intervention.
• Configure intents and entities that cover FAQs, scheduling logic, caller identification, and basic troubleshooting.
• Provide a concise guide so I can tweak common phrases or add new scenarios in the future.
