AI Project Assessment

The objective is to recruit contributors who have implemented AI in a current or previous role and can provide actual project data for assessment worksheets. The research compares AI-assisted and non-AI-assisted work across defect density, productivity, and time-to-market. Positive, negative, and mixed results are all welcome. All completed worksheets will be copyrighted by the client.
Candidate Requirements
• Have implemented AI in a current or previous role.
• Be able to provide actual project data for all applicable worksheet fields.
• Before selection, provide: LinkedIn profile URL; job title; AI implementation domain(s); a brief project description (s); confirmation you can provide actual data; confirmation you can complete all applicable worksheet fields.
• Preferred participants: people who have implemented AI in hospitals/clinics (e.g., with nurses), schools/universities (e.g., with teachers), nonprofit organizations (e.g., with nonprofit employees), and small businesses (e.g., with small business employees). *Qualified participants from other industries are also welcome.*
• Provide a brief description comparing AI-assisted versus non-AI-assisted work covering defect density, productivity, and time to market.

The committee evaluates applications against criteria, reviews completed work for acceptability, and determines whether submissions meet the project requirements.

Compensation
Payment
Up to $75 per person for completing the full worksheet set, including availability for follow-up questions. Payment is subject to committee approval of the completed work.

Confidentiality
• Worksheets are proprietary and must not be shared.
• Participants must sign an NDA/IP form.
• Contributors must remain available for follow-up about their project and worksheet responses.
Worksheets & Participation
• Complete 1 AI Organizational Assessment worksheet, excluding the Use Cases section; estimated time: 25 minutes.
• Complete 6 Producer worksheets; estimated time: 10 minutes each.
• Complete 6 Consumer worksheets; estimated time: 10 minutes each.
• Complete 4 Platform Steward worksheets; estimated time: 20 minutes each.
• Complete 4 End User worksheets; estimated time: 20 minutes each.

Before accepting, contributors must confirm they have read and understood all instructions and can complete every worksheet and applicable field. Payment is contingent upon committee review and acceptance; incomplete submissions may be returned for correction within the agreed scope. Contributors must be available for follow-up questions about the project, worksheet responses, and submitted data; this availability is included in the payment. Contributors may begin once preliminary information is submitted and committee approval is granted. If difficulties arise or contributors disagree with a requirement, they should communicate through Freelancer before final submission. Both parties agree to communicate respectfully, use Freelancer's resolution procedures for disagreements, and provide honest, factual feedback based on actual experience. Contributors should apply only if they can meet the requirements and communicate professionally.
