Scope of Maintenance (Required Tasks)

2. Core Business Flow Testing: Regular testing of the end-to-end process—member registration → task claiming → task completion → ad revenue crediting → withdrawal requests—to ensure payment interfaces and database settlement logic function correctly.
3. Basic Technical Operations: Updating software patches/plugins, performing daily off-site backups, and monitoring server performance (CPU, memory, response speed).
4. Incident Response: Troubleshooting and fixing issues such as site downtime, inability to submit tasks, or failed withdrawals.
5. Feature Modifications: Major feature additions or removals fall outside the scope of routine maintenance (handled by a separate technical team), but the contractor is expected to submit proposals. Minor modifications may be performed by the contractor at no extra cost, provided backups are made and we are notified before and after the changes.
6. Maintenance Fees: Base quote for 0–5,000 registered members, plus the rate for every additional 10,000 registrations.
