Hello, I would like to discuss the development of a complete AI-powered education application for my tuition classes.

The idea is to create a personal AI Teacher for my students, where students can ask questions, clear doubts and learn through an AI system based on the educational material provided by my classes.

The application should ultimately cover Std. 9 to Std. 12 and will be a private platform exclusively for my tuition classes and my students.

1. Student Application

Students should have their own secure login and a simple, professional interface where they can:

Ask questions to the AI Teacher
Ask questions through text
Upload/take a photo of a question
Get explanations and step-by-step solutions
Select their class and subject
Automatically identify the subject when required
View previous conversations
Get answers based on the study material provided by my classes
Get relevant references from books/notes wherever applicable

The AI should not behave like a general-purpose chatbot. Its main purpose should be to help students with their academic studies using the educational material provided by my tuition classes.

If the required information is not available in the provided material, the AI should not simply make up an answer.

2. Educational Material

I want to be able to provide the AI with my tuition's:

Teacher notes
Textbooks
Digests/guides
PDFs
Study material
Other educational resources

The AI should be able to understand and use this material while answering students' questions.

For subjects such as Accounts and Statistics, the teacher's preferred method of solving and explaining questions is particularly important.

3. Teacher / Admin Panel

I need a separate admin panel through which I can:

Manage students and their accounts
Manage classes and subjects
Upload and manage notes, textbooks, digests and other study material
Update or replace study material
Manage the AI Teacher
View student usage and activity
View questions being asked
View AI usage and approximate AI/API costs
Manage the overall application

Students should not have access to the administration system or private educational files.

4. AI System & Cost Control

The application should use an appropriate AI-based knowledge system so that the AI can search and use the educational material before answering questions.

I also want the AI usage to be cost-efficient.

Simple questions should not unnecessarily consume expensive AI resources, while difficult questions can use stronger AI when required.

The system should prioritize accuracy, reliability and the teaching methodology of my classes, while keeping the ongoing AI cost under control.

5. Image-Based Questions

Students should be able to upload a photograph of a textbook, notebook or question.

The application should be able to understand the question from the image and provide an appropriate explanation or solution.

6. Classes & Subjects

The final application should support Std. 9, Std. 10, Std. 11 and Std. 12.

It should be possible to manage different subjects and educational materials separately for each class.

7. Platforms

I would like the final product to be available on:

Web

The interface should be professional, easy to use and particularly optimized for mobile users.

8. Private Tuition Platform

This application is intended only for my tuition classes and my students.

I am not looking for a multi-school or multi-tenant SaaS product.

Initially, I expect approximately 300 students, with the ability to handle growth in student usage without major performance issues.
