AI-Powered Laundry system

This project is to develop, and deploy a end-to-end operational automation solution for an Laundry. The objective is to replace the existing system with an AI-driven vision system for handwritten order recognition using tablet, order binding, automate trolley tracking via QR code scan and Bluetooth barcode scanner and scale integration, enable offline-first mobile workflows (PWA) in low-signal environments. The system will run on a local server architecture (.NET 8 / IIS / MSSQL) with real-time analytics and automated statement generation and Text-to-SQL report generation

Preferred approach
A lightweight web application (responsive) that runs in any modern browser on our PCs and tablets. I’m comfortable with stacks such as MS IIS + . NET8(ASP.NET Code web API) + MS SQL as long as the code is well-structured and documented.

Please include an estimated timeline and note any similar systems you have built. I’m ready to start as soon as I find the right developer.
