I need a complete appointment-scheduling website that feels effortless for end users and equally straightforward for me to manage. Core to the experience is an AI chatbot embedded across the site that can actually book appointments on the customer’s behalf—no hand-offs, no external links, just a smooth conversation that ends with a confirmed time slot.

Key expectations
• Users land on the site, choose a service, and either book directly through the standard calendar interface or type their request to the chatbot.
• The chatbot must recognise intent, check live availability, collect any required details, then commit the booking to the database and trigger the usual confirmation emails.
• An admin dashboard lets me adjust services, durations, staff availability and view all upcoming bookings in real time.

Technical notes
I’m comfortable with widely used frameworks, so feel free to suggest React, Vue, or a clean Django build—whatever best supports a fast, responsive UI. For the AI layer, I’m open to Dialogflow, Rasa, or a lightweight GPT integration as long as it remains secure and data compliant. Webhooks or REST endpoints should expose the calendar so the bot and the manual booking form always read from the same source of truth.

Deliverables
1. Responsive web application with appointment scheduling workflow in place
2. AI chatbot integrated and tested to complete bookings end-to-end
3. Admin panel for service and availability management
4. Documentation covering deployment, environment variables, and chatbot training data
